Peter Cole's The Theory of Knowledge explores the nature and extent of knowledge. It looks at the key questions: what do we know? How do we know it? and analyses our right to the beliefs we have, how we acquire them and whether we can take them to be knowledge.
Written by Michael Wilcockson, Sex and Relationships covers the key moral issues in this topic at AS and A2 level.
Peter Cole's Religious Experience looks at the ways we can define religious experience and at religious experience as a basis for faith. It looks at religious experience within the major world religions and explores the role of mystery in religious practice along with the ways in which a sense of the supernatural is created in worship. The book compares the views of those who believe that religion centres around personal experience against those who believe that too great a stress on personal experience leads toward a spiritual elitism.

Medical Ethics not only covers the main issues that face doctors but also theoretical current cutting-edge bio-ethical problems. The book begins by reviewing the relationship between professional doctors' ethics and ethics in general (i.e. consequential, deontological and virtue ethics). Every chapter reviews the general ethical and legal problems posed by medical issues, then focuses on the response of a variety of normative ethical systems. There are many examples of contemporary case studies to illustrate the problems and to provide reflection and discussion.
