Why Papermill Books? I come from Little Baddow in Essex, where Papermill Lock is a favourite place to sit with tea and cake, watching the ducks, or the pleasure craft on the river, lulled into gentle contentment by the sound of water rushing over the weir and the chugging of a narrowboat.
